Successful insolvency proceedings of Madera Fiber under Lener's insolvency administration

The liquidation of the Madera Fiber warehouse, under Lener's insolvency administration, culminates with great success
After recovering the ownership of the warehouse in favour of Madera Fiber - previously sold to a third party for barely 2.3 million euros -, the insolvency administration promoted its auction, managing to award it for more than double the price to the Pérez Rumbao Business Group. The company plans to invest between 8 and 10 million euros in the space, and the creation of more than 50 jobs in a mega-dealership for industrial vehicles.
Lener, as insolvency administrator, has managed a complex process that has closed with a highly positive result: the reactivation of more than 43,000 m² of industrial land and the attraction of a strategic investment for the region.
Thanks to the work of the Lener team, led by partner Javier González Villar, director of the Vigo office, the legal security of the process and the interests of all creditors have been guaranteed. The auction of the machinery owned by Madera Fiber, which will be held in the coming days, is still pending.
