Our managing partner of the Public Department, INGRID BARRUZ, an expert in administrative and environmental law, has shared with Cinco Días her views on the future Sustainable Mobility Law, a regulation that, although it should have been approved by the end of 2024, is still in parliamentary proceedings without a specific date of approval.
This law, framed in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, raises advances, but leaves pending key aspects for sectors such as renewable energies or transport.
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘂𝘇: “It does not go into making a very concrete and specific regulation, especially in renewable energies or in the environmental aspect. It establishes a general framework called to be developed later by regulation. There is a minimum regulated with the bases and pillars, but there are requests from the transport sector that it does not collect.”
From Lener, we will remain attentive to the development and progress of this important bill.
Thank you very much Ilier Navarro for having Lener in this complete analysis.
