The piece brings to the fore the recent extension announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs which postpones, until 2 December 2024, the entry into force of the new registry obligations, initially earmarked for 1 October. This measure, enforced by technical issues regarding data transmission, has offered some respite to the sector, although the complaints lodged by the main stakeholders in these sectors remain unsolved.
