A commercial court considers the Mercasevilla bankruptcy agreement to be executed

Lener Bankruptcy Administration, led by his partner Amalio Miralles, and Abastar Consultores have been co-administrators of the bankruptcy proceeding and members of the Monitoring Commission in this process, which has now been finalized.
Mercasevilla entered bankruptcy in April 2016. The aforementioned court processed the procedure in which the entity, owned 51% by the Seville City Council and 48% by Mercasa, had to negotiate with its creditors. In 2018, the necessary majorities were achieved for the approval of the agreement, with a payment plan that reached 22,422, 881 euros between 2018 and 2020.
