The lawyer at Lener stresses that the prison sentence could have longer given that the amount embezzled is rather high. “These events took place in a proprietors’ association in a building with 9 blocks, containing 155 residential properties. Due to the foregoing, it is an association in which the trustworthiness placed in a property manager.”
