The new Remote Working law: "Back to the office or stay at home"
Our colleague Marta Del Campo Jiménez, a labor lawyer, explains to the digital diary "Público" that both the company and its employees must be clear that teleworking is always voluntary for both the employee and the company and remember that this law only applies to those work situations that represent more than 30% of the working day in remote work mode in a period of three months.
