Complementary measures in the workplace. RD 9/2020 and 10/2020

After the publication of RD 9/2020 and 10/2020, new complementary measures are proposed in the workplace with the aim of reducing the mobility of people and alleviating the effects of Covid-19, many other questions emerged: 

Which workers are included and have limitations on the enjoyment of the recoverable paid leave?
Is my company considered as an essential service?
What happens to ERTE requests already processed?
Should the company apply this permit to all its workers?
What if the company cannot stop its activity today, Monday, March 30?
