On November 18, the Insolvency Conference organized by the Pontevedra Association of Economists will start.
Our colleagues Javier Romano Egea and Javier González Villar inaugurate this conference during the lecture "Legal Nature of the Report on Qualification and Burden of Proof".
The objective is to explain from a didactic point of view, various procedural issues related to the so-called Qualification Section of the Insolvency proceedings, the legal nature of the Qualification Report that the Insolvency Administrator has to prepare, the structure of the same and the burden of proof in the aforementioned Qualification Section.
Precisely, in relation to the aforementioned burden of proof, the requirements legally demanded to be able to qualify the Bankruptcy as guilty will be addressed, and the means that the Legislator has placed within the reach of the Insolvency Administration for such purpose.
