Felix Ortega, Lener's Restructuring partner, will participate tomorrow, Friday November 3 in Lisbon, in the International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium 2023, in the panel on Directive 2019/1023, on preventive restructuring frameworks, and its transposition in the new Insolvency Law and its application in Spain.
Fernando González (Squire Patton boggs), Inês Dourado (KPMG Portugal) and Joaquim Shearman de Macedo (PLMJ Advogados) will participate together with Félix.
This symposium brings together international professionals specialized in Restructuring and Insolvency Law and will address, through its discussions, the most current and important issues in restructuring and insolvency: regulatory solutions in times of inflation and economic crisis, business management in a scenario of sanctions and insolvency, liquidation of technology companies, among other issues.
