Lener in the media for the advice in several proceedings of great repercussion in Galicia

Several newspapers in Galicia are echoing the advice that our professionals are providing in proceedings related to the Insolvency and Pre-insolvency world, both from the point of view of the legal assistance of the company, as well as from the position corresponding to the exercise of the position of Insolvency Administrator.
In particular, Lener is advising the company owner of the toasted bread factory "Docampo", in relation to which there have been several news related to its Pre-Bankruptcy situation, as well as with regards to the search for a potential acquirer of the same.
In this sense, the Managing Partner of Lener's office in Vigo, Javier González, has stated in the media that the above mentioned pre-bankruptcy situation of "Docampo" is the consequence, on the one hand, of a strong initial investment and the financial burden it was carrying; and, on the other hand, of the price increases in raw materials derived from the Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine, which could not be passed on to the clients. Nevertheless, we have not ceased and will not cease in our efforts to find a potential buyer for the production unit.
In addition, Lener Administraciones Concursales is acting as Insolvency Administrator of Xeldist Congelados -Hiperxel- and Madera Fiber Techonologies, of great interest due to the special circumstances surrounding the insolvency of both companies.
