Lener participates in the ICAB's Course Zero on Civil Procedural Law

The Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) organised the Course Zero in Civil Procedural Law, an initiative that offers new lawyers a practical overview of the different steps in civil proceedings.
In this edition, Noelia Delgado, a lawyer from Lener's Litigation Department, participated as a speaker in a session dedicated to the preliminary hearing, addressing its preparation and key aspects for its correct execution.
The course, which is free of charge, is a commitment by the ICAB and the Grup de l'Advocacia Jove de Barcelona (GAJ Barcelona) to quality training for professionals starting their careers in the field of litigation.
