Lener welcomes on board Enric Fort Laborda as new partner of the Commercial Law Division and manager of the Barcelona office

We are delighted to announce the incorporation of Enric Fort Laborda as a new partner of the Commercial Law Division, who in turn will oversee the management of the Barcelona office.
Enric has a proven track record in the legal sector boasting more than 20 years' experience, specialising in advising start-ups and public sector firms, alongside commercial companies both in the corporate field and in corporate, national and international operations.
He holds a degree in Law from the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and a master's degree in Corporate Finance and Law awarded by the ESADE (Escola Superior d'Administració i Direcció d'Empreses). He has been long-standing collaborator in venture capital programmes in several training centres since 2016.
With the incorporation of Enric Fort, Lener's Commercial Law Division is strengthened and bolstered, one of the departments with the highest recognition and expertise throughout the Firm, in the Barcelona office, where the company has embarked upon a significant commitment to the future.
