Lener participates in the II edition of FI BOOST, the startup acceleration program that took place in Barcelona on February 3. Miguel Lobón, associate lawyer of the Barcelona office, gave a talk on legal aspects, based on real situations, in which he deals with issues such as the pacts of partners or the main points to consider when entering a round of financing.
FI BOOST is a program focused on the acceleration of startups of a technological nature where five selected startups are accompanied over a period of five months with the objective of contributing to its growth by obtaining financial resources, coming from public bodies and qualified investors, and attracting potential customers that require the services of startups.
