Lene Oña, head of Lener's Compliance department, discusses in La Razón the factors that companies must take into account when implementing an internal whistleblowing channel.
Therefore, Lene points out that it is important for companies to include the internal channel on the corporate website in a separate and easily identifiable way, although they should also add information to guide the employees themselves about the possibility of turning to the external reporting channel, of the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.
