The podcast has as its aim to define exactly what an alternative mechanism for the solutions of conflicts (also known as MASC) is, how those affected will be treated in the future vis-à-vis the Draft Bill of Effective Procedural Measures. A description will be given as to the main MASCs provided for in our legal system, their advantages and drawbacks in comparison to judicial procedures, alongside measures for their “enforcement”.
