The following podcast has as its aim providing an explanation of the new accountancy deferral scheme resulting from the approval of Real Decree Law 20/2022, on 27 December, with regard to the grounds of dissolution due to losses provided for in Article 363.1.e) of the Law on Corporation (Ley de Sociedades de Capital), as well as outlining the legal grounding of the new measures and remarks on the essential principles that comprise the regime for dissolution of corporations for legally amissible causes.
