On Thursday, 3 November 2022, the Congress of Deputies approved the Bill to promote the ecosystem for Start-ups. The main requirements and amendments introduced in the Bill are analysed herein, alongside the fiscal incentives of the law, which will continue its parliamentary processing in the Senate.
