Cristina Peláez, our HR manager, has participated as a moderator for another year in the 2020 Edition of the "Recruit & Develop Talent", the Human Resources event organized by IKN Spain, which was held this Tuesday, June 30. This time it was carried out in a virtual format in which an auditorium was recreated and the participants were represented by avatars, putting their digital skills into practice, as required by the current environment of the organizations.
The meeting brought together directors and managers from the areas of people, culture and talent, to share the most innovative experiences and the different ways of making things work, with expert panels, interactive dynamics, case studies, networking...
Cristina has moderated the event guiding the participation of other HR colleagues from well-known companies such as Cemex, Banco de España, Capgemini, EVO Banco, Prosegur, Indra, Quironprevención, SEUR or Grupo DIA.
