Cinco Días has published two reports on action plans that firms will embark upon to tackle the first summer following the healthcare crisis.
Lener participates in the study by discussing the actions applied for the Firm, some having been already implanted throughout the year.
In turn, we have also implemented a teleworking policy, in such a way that professionals can accumulate days over the year for this summer vacation period, and thus improve conciliation matters in this holiday period.
We also believe that the dress code in these warmer months, which takes the form of a laxer smart-casual look on Fridays, known as ‘dress-down Fridays’, without crossing any red lines into the area of beachwear.
