Guadalupe Díaz-Súnico, partner of Lener Barcelona, will ​​participate in Toronto on November 7 at the “The New Era of Taxation: what you need to know in a constantly changing world” Congress, organized by the International Bar Association.

Guadalupe is one of the members of one of the panel discussion where we talk about the current problems in the planning of wealth management taxation and the news that have brought with it the use of trusts and foundations to manage assets.

Guadalupe, has a consolidated presence in international organizations such as the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), or the International Bar Association (IBA), of which she is a regular member and lecturer. In addition, she is currently vice president of the tax section of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). In the academic field, she is the author of books and various articles on tax matters, and frequent speaker at conferences and courses and full professor of the English section of the BBA degree at ESADE, on international taxation.
