Towards the new Bankruptcy Law reality

The Illustrious Provincial College of Lawyers of A Coruña, with the sponsorship of GOBID and collaboration of ADJUDICA GALICIA, has organized a Course for the analysis of the new Consolidated Text of the Bankruptcy Law, entitled: TOWARDS THE NEW NORMALITY OF BANKRUPTCY. This training will take place during 8 online sessions, between June 23 and September 15, 2020.

Yesterday, July 7, the third session of these Bankruptcy Law webinars took place in an online format, and under the title "Impact and consequences of Covid-19 in bankruptcy", in which Amalio Miralles, Partner/Director of Lener Bankruptcy Administrations for his vision of these exceptional circumstances of the new normality, after years of experience in the bankruptcy world.

Interesting issues such as procedural regulatory changes in inventory, modification of agreements, realization of assets, ... as well as new aspects in issues such as formulation, approval and deposit of accounts and corporate tax filing, have been discussed.

ICA Coruña considers it a topical subject with an important regulatory change, having obtained a roster of top-level speakers and different points of view and topics that it understands are of unquestionable practical significance.
