Firms and consulting firms predict a boom in lawsuits due to the clampdown on temporary contracts

Firms and consulting firms are predicting a boom in lawsuits due to the temporary contract clampdown, because the labor reform will only allow the signing of temporary contracts under two circumstances: when substitutions are necessary and when there are occasional or unforeseeable causes.
