Firms and consulting firms predict a boom in lawsuits due to the clampdown on temporary contracts

Firms and consulting firms are predicting a boom in lawsuits due to the temporary contract clampdown, because the labor reform will only allow the signing of temporary contracts under two circumstances: when substitutions are necessary and when there are occasional or unforeseeable causes.

Our colleague Pablo Mallada, labor lawyer in our offices in Vigo, has talked to El Faro de Vigo about this issue, "in practice, they have removed the temporary. But these exceptional circumstances are so ethereal and subjective that it will cause conflict".
