Our partner at Lener Insolvency Administration, Amalio Miralles, has analyzed point by point the suspension of the debtor's duty to file insolvency proceedings until June 30, 2022.
The new Bankruptcy moratorium is considered a paradox, on the one hand, they want to promote an early warning system for insolvency, and on the other hand, they are postponing an obligation to file insolvency proceedings of companies that are already absolutely unviable.
