Law 18/2022, on the creation and growth of companies, the so-called "Create and Grow Law", was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on Thursday 29 September. We have analysed the main measures adopted by the regulation and their consequences for SMEs and entrepreneurs, aimed at facilitating the procedures for the establishment of limited liability companies, the fight against commercial breach of payment and access to alternative financing, amongst others.
